The builder of KNS roots started in rural Southwest Missouri. While in college, Kevin started into the building field by being a supervisor at a concrete company and working at Meek's Lumber in contractor sales. Upon meeting his wife, Natalie, they relocated to Lake of the Ozarks in 1996. Finding a house at the time that suited their taste proved to be challenging. Kevin decided to take matters into his own hands, literally, and toiled on their first building project - a charming French Country style home for their family in Woodland Cove. Every time they would list their home to sell, it sold quickly.
Kevin's reputation at the Lake community quickly spread as the builder that not only built a structurally superb home, but the builder whose homes do not look like every other house on the block. Within a couple of year, perspective clients were inquiring if he would take on custom projects.
Their company's beliefs are quite simple and are based on how they were raised with strong old-fashioned values - be honest, work hard, and always keep your word. The core of their company is the happiness of their clients and retaining them as friends after the project is completed.
